Job Description

  • We are a US based MNC having our India office at Panchkula/Chandigarh. 
  • We are looking for candidates to enhance our growing team of IT and NON-IT recruiters.
  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of different sources.
  • Postings vacancies on portals and Networking within time frame.
  • Screening candidate as per required details
  • Shift Time- 7:30 pm-4:30 am (Night Shift) (Mon - Fri)
  • Very good comm skills will only be considered.
  • The potential candidate needs to have excellent English communication skills.
  • Available opening: Jr Recruiters, Fresher and Sr. recruiters. 
  • Salary range: Market competitive for experienced candidates and for fresher's 12k to 20 k depend upon interview Benefits: medical benefits + food + excellent Incentive structure + cab for females
Requirement:
  • Must have excellent communications skills as need to interact with Americans all the time. 
  • Flexibility to Work in Night Shifts. 
  • Strong work ethics and sense of commitment. 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment. 
  • Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Result orientation and strong desire to earn a good income.
