Job Description

Posts of Junior Research Fellow

Applications on prescribed form are invited containing name, address, age, educational qualifications and experience etc. along with attested copies of certificates for the engagement of one post of Junior Research Fellow @ Rs.31000/- plus HRA per month fixed on contractual basis for a period of six months provided in the scheme 'Detection of water and Nutrient stresses in crops using remote and proximal sensing, CSS-72 (PC-6289)”.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc. (Agriculture)/B.Sc. with minimum OCPA of 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% marks.

M.Sc. in Soil Science/Agronomy with minimum OCPA 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks.

Note: The candidate who does not possess Master’s degree in the relevant subject but possesses PhD Degree in the discipline required at Master’s level, shall be eligible for the post.

Desirable: Preference will be given to those candidates with already having an experience of working in laboratories, estimation of soil and plant analysis and conducting field experiments with knowledge of computer.
