Job Description

Applications are invited for the Post of( JRF )for the ( DBT ) Funded Project CO2 Research and Green Technology Centre, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) - Vellore .

Title of the Project: ¢ BIOCONVERSION OF CO2 TO BIOFULES THROUGH MICROBIAL CATALYZED SYSTEMS .¢

Sponsoring Agency : DBT

Designation : Junior Research Fellow

Fellowship : Rs. 31,000/+ 8% HRA

Duration : 3 Years(After successful completion of two years the JRF will be considered for SRF)

Number of post : One

Investigator : Dr. G. VELVIZHI , Associate Professor, CO2 Research and Green Technology Centre,Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore ¢ 632 014.

Qualification & Experience : M.Tech/M.E,/M.Sc / in Biotechnology/ Environmental Engineering /Environmental Science or a related field with a valid GATE / NET Score

Note: The candidate selected as JRF is eligible to register for pursuing Ph.D. programme at VIT. However, for admission to PhD program at VIT Vellore, the candidate must meet eligibility requirements as per VIT rules and regulations and also qualify the written examination and/or interview
