Walk-in-Interview for the selection of Junior Research Fellow (One post) on contractual basis under the DST – SERB funded project entitled “Musa Tilling: Construction of a structured high-efficient mutant resource for functional genomics and crop improvement of banana (Musa spp.)” 

Number of Post : One

Fellowship : Rs.31,000/- + 16% HRA per month for first two years (as per DST guidelines) Rs.35,000/- + 16% HRA per month for the third year

Essential Qualification : First class in M.Sc. or M.Tech. (Botany / Biotechnology / Biochemistry and / or other related fields) with any National Eligibility Tests (NET) Or Ph.D. (Botany / Biotechnology / Biochemistry and / or other related fields) with NET

Desirable : At least 1 year experience in plant tissue culture

Age limit: Not more than 35 years for men and 40 years for women for Junior Research Fellow
