Job Description

1. Name of the Temporary Post: JRF

2. No. of Post: 1

3. Name of the Research Project Synthesis of remotely C-H functionalized heterocycles for photo-physical applications

4. Name of the Sponsoring Agency CSIR, New Delhi, Government of India

5. Tenure of the Project 36 months

6. Tenure of the Assignment 36 months

7. Job Description To carry out research work in line of the project.

8. Essential Qualifications and experience i) M.Sc. (Chemistry),with 55% marks ii) Valid NET/GATE score ii) Must have 1st class in 10th, 12th and B.Sc. (Chem. Hons)

9. Desirable Qualifications Sound knowledge in organic chemistry

10. Accommodation Bachelor accommodation in the Institute may be provided subject to availability

11. Consolidated monthly Fellowship Rs. 31,000/- pm for JRF (Thirty one thousands P. M.)

Age Limit:

Upper age limit is 28 years on the day which application is made. Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 yrs in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC, woman and PH candidates.
