Job Description

PU/CS/MN/SERB/JRF-Ad-01

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on a purely temporary basis for a time bound Research Project titled “ Deep Learning Model for Analyzing Time Series Images of Plantain Trees in Tamilnadu and Andhra Pradesh for the Detection and Prediction of Diseases/ Weeds/ Pests” sponsored by Science and Engineering Research Board ( SERB ),Government of India. 

Name and Number of post : Junior Research Fellow(JRF) - 1 

Fellowship : Rs. 31000 + 16% HRA (As per DST norms and eligibility)

Essential Qualification : M.Tech.(Computer Science) / MCA / MSc. (Computer Science/ Information Technology) with a minimum of 55% marks and valid UGC- NET/ GATE score. Desirable Qulaification : Research Experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning , Image Processing, etc., Technical Skills – Java, Python, Statistical Tools(MATLAB, SPSS, R )etc.,
