Job Description

Department of Mechanical Engineering - Advertisement for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF):Applications are invited from interested candidates for one temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the ongoing research project sponsored by Department of Science and Technology-Science and Engineering Research Board (DST- SERB),"Early Career Research (ECR) Award" Govt. of India.

Project Title:  "Developing of Telefacturing based distributed manufacturing support system for optimal manufacturing service for Indian small and medium scale enterprises".

Name of Position Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Eligibility : First class with not less than 60% aggregate (or) not less than 6.5 CGPA on a 10- point scale in B. Tech./B.E. in Mechanical/ Computer Science Engineering. and First class with not less than 60% aggregate (or) not less than 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale in M.Tech in Mechanical/Computer Science Engineering. Exposure to Machine Learning/Soft Computing Techniques/ Web designing is desirable.

Duration:  1 Years 

Consolidated Salary : Rs.25,000/- pm consolidated for one year. The selected candidate is also eligible for on campus Hostel & Mess facilities at their own expenses.

Selection Procedure:The candidates will be selected through written test and/or interview.
