Applications are invited from Indian citizen in the prescribed format only for the following assignment in a purely time bound research project undertaken in this institute.

1. Name of the temporary: Junior Research Fellowship JRF)

2. No of Post: 01

3. Name of the Research Project: Development of Automatic dialect identification (ADI) system for a low resourced, native Arunachali spoken Ianguage -Nyishi

4. Name of the Sponsoring Agency: DST, SERB

5. Tenure of the Project: 03 Years

6. Tenure of the Assignment: Initially for one year. Extendable annually till completion of project, subject to satisfactory performance and availability of fund release by sponsoring agencies.

7. Job Description: Simulation, data collection, analysis and experimental investigation of the project.

8. Accommodation: Bachelor's accommodation in the Institute may be provided subject to availability. HRA will not be paid if the candidate avails Institute accommodation.

9. Qualifications: BE/BTech in ECE/CSE with valid GATE/NET score and with minimum CGPA of 7.0 out of 10 or 70% of marks or MTech/ME in ECE/CSE/IT with GATE/NET qualified during his/her academic career MTech/ME in ECE/CSE/IT without GATENET with minimum CGPA of 7.0 out of 10 or 70% of marks

10. Consolidated monthly Fellowship /Salary Rs. 31,000/- per month

11. Desirable: GATE/NET or equivalent qualification Knowledge in Nyishi language, Machine learning, Deep learning and Speech processing

The National Institute of Technology Arunachal Pradesh was inaugurated on 18th Aug 2010 as a member of a group of ten new NITs.
