Applications are invited from Indian citizens for a temporary of post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the SERB sponsored project in the Department of Electrical Engineering, NIT Silchar. Title of the project Design and development of soft interconnect for DC Microgrids using power electronics interface for improved reliability of power supply Sponsored Agency SERB Project sanction number SRG/2019/001042

Age Limit : 35 Years

Essential Qualification : M.Tech/M.E. in Electrical Engineering (Specialization- Power Electronics) along with GATE/NET qualified (including lectureship) 

Desirable Experience Candidates should have hands on experience in developing and working on hardware / laboratory prototype of the Power electronics converters, PCB design software besides knowledge of microcontroller/DSP.

Salary : Rs. 31,000/- per month 5. Relaxation on qualification and age SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN/PWD/EWS candidates will get relaxation as per Govt of India Rules.
