Job Description

JRF for the Collaborative DST Funded Project in School Of Electrical Engineering recruitment in VIT University

Title of the Project : “C3Fields: Head Mount Portable device for Visual Field Perimetry”

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the DST Funded Project ( Sanction Order No. TDP/BDTD/34/2019) in School of Electrical Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT),Vellore Campus

Qualification: M.Tech / M.E. (Communication / Embedded systems / Sensor Systems / Biomedical) with GATE / NET qualification (OR) B.Tech / B.E (Electronics Communication Engineering(ECE) / Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)/Electronics and Instrumentation with GATE / NET qualification(OR) Post Graduate in Basic Science.(Physics/Applied Physics).

Candidates not qualified in GATE/NET, having the desirable skills mentioned below may also apply and stipend will be according to Institute policies.

Desirable Skills:Candidates with sound knowledge in C/C++/ HDL/Image and Signal Processing/ MATLAB/ FPGA Implementation/ Knowledge in Simulink tool is expected. Experience on Hardware and Software Co-development, Clinical Trials in Hospitals is more desirable.

Stipend : Rs.31,000/- (Per month)+8%
