Job Description

Applications are invited for the Post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF Instrumentation) f or the DST-SERB Funded Project in School of Electrical Engineering (SELECT),(IRR/2016/000010),Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT).

Title of the Project : Design and Development of Embedded Vision based System for Yoga Therapy

Qualification : BE in EEE / ECE/ Bio Medical / Instrumentation and ME/MTech in any relevant program with NET or GATE Without NET/GATE, salary/stipend as per Institute norms

Desirable (if any) : Knowledge in signal processing/image processing/machine learning algorithms

Programming skills in MATLAB, OpenCV, C/C++, and Python. Experience in embedded system design

Stipend : Rs 25000/- + HRA for the first year, Rs 28000/- + HRA for the second year

Sponsoring Agency : DST- SERB, Government of India.

Duration : 2 years
