Job Description

Requirement of JRF in CSIR Sponsored Research Project

1. Name of the Post: JRF

2. No. of Position: 01

3. Fellowship: Rs. 31000/- per month

4. Project No: 01(3076)/21/EMR-II

5. Title: Metal-Organic Frameworks-Derived Non-Precious-MetalBased Nanostructured Materials for Electrocatalysis.

6. Duration: 36 months

7. Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry with 55% marks and valid NET/GATE score

8. Salient Points:

a) The initial offer will be for a period of 12 months. Depending on fund availability from source and performance of the candidate, further extension can be given till the end of the project. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

b) Hostel facility may be extended to the candidate.

c) Based on satisfactory performance, the selected candidate may be given chance to apply for Institute’s Ph.D. programme. However, the candidate needs to go through the Ph.D. Selection Procedure of Institute.

Age Limit:
Maximum 28 years (relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/tribes/OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates)
