Job Description

Advt. No. : IITBBS/R&D/RP223/Rec/19/2020‐21  Date 25.09.2020 

Walk‐in‐Interview (Online mode) for the following assignment in a purely time bound research  project undertaken in the School of Mechanical Sciences of this Institute. 

Name  of  the  Temporary  Assignment  : Junior Research Fellow ‐ 1 position

Name  of  the  temporary  research Project  : “Development  of  heat  transfer  enhancement  methods  at  boiling and evaporation on horizontal tube bundles for falling  films and forced flow of liquids”. 

Name of the Sponsoring Agency : Department Science and Technology (DST) 

Consolidated Emoluments  : Rs. 31,000/‐ + HRA 16% per month 

Qualification & Experiences  : Essential:  B.E.  /  B.Tech.  in  Mechanical  Engineering  with  valid  GATE  Score  OR  M.E./ M.Tech. in Thermal Engineering or equivalent 

Period of Engagement   : Initially  for  1  year  with  possible  extension  depending  on  performance  

Duration of the project   : 2 years
