Name  of  the  Temporary Assignment : Junior Research Fellow – 1 Post 
2.  Name  of  the  temporary research Project : “Ultrasonic  assisted  laser  additive  manufacturing  of  nickel based super alloys and its online temperature monitoring to control  the  directionality  in  grain  growth,  anisotropy  in mechanical  properties  and  elemental  segregation;  and enhancement of the component life by laser shock peening.”.

3.  Name of the Sponsoring Agency : SERB‐DST 

4.  Consolidated Emolument  : Rs. 31,000/‐ + HRA @16% per month 
 
5.  Qualification   : Essential  M.E/  M.Tech  in  Mechanical  or  Production Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Preference  shall  be  given  to  the  candidate  with  prior knowledge  and  experience  on  laser  based  additive manufacturing or laser material processing. Desired:  Prior  knowledge  on  development  of  experimental set‐up containing electrical and electronic circuitry.
