JRF/Research Associate-I job Position in NIPGR on temporary basis

Project Title  :  'Determination the role of (Cysteine- Rich Secretory Proteins, Antigen 5, and Pathogenesis-Related 1 Proteins (CAP) during Arachis- Bradyrhizobium symbiosis'

Qualification  :  Candidate selected through National Eligibility Tests as mentioned in the DST Office Memorandum SR/S9/Z-08/2018 dated January 30, 2019/ and having M.Sc. degree (with minimum 55% marks) in Bioinformatics are eligible for interview. Candidate having prior work experience in RNAseq data analysis, and knowledge of R programming will be given preference.

Emoluments :  as per DST/DBT/Institute norms and as sanctioned in the project.

Research Associate-I

Qualification: Candidates having doctorate (Ph.D) degree awarded in Life Sciences or equivalent with good academic record (overall 55% marks throughout the academic carrier) are eligible for interview. Candidate having work experience with tissue culture, callus mediated regeneration and southern blotting is mandatory. Those having experience in legume transformation and demonstrated ability to develop transgenics will be preferred.
