Junior Research Fellow

Project Title :  “Utilization of Rice Residues for Value Added Product Development (CIAB Flagship Project)”

No. of Post  :  01

Qualification  :  (i) M.Sc in Chemistry (General / Organic / Inorganic / Synthetic) from a recognized University / Institute and (ii) NET / GATE / any other relevant equivalent nature of national tests qualified.

Fellowship  :  Rs. 31,000/- + (HRA as admissible or Hostel Facility, if available) per month for first two years Rs. 35,000/- + (HRA as admissible or Hostel Facility, if available) per month for third year

Age Limit :  28 Years

Junior Research Fellow

Project Title  : “BRICS technology platform for integrated bioprocessing of agricultural residues for ecosustainable production of biofuels and by-products”

Qualification  : (i) M.Sc. in Life Sciences (Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology) or Chemistry (General / Organic / Inorganic / Physical / Others) or Food Science & Technology from a recognized University / Institute OR B.E. / B. Tech. / M.E. / M. Tech. (Biotechnology / any other biological subject / Chemical Engineering / any other chemical subject / Food Science & Technology) from a recognized university/institute and (ii) NET / GATE / any other relevant equivalent nature of test qualified.

Fellowship  :  Rs. 31,000/- + (16% HRA or Hostel Facility, if available) per month for first two years Rs. 35,000/- + (16% HRA or Hostel Facility, if available) per month for third year

Junior Research Fellow / Research Associate

Qualifications:

For JRF :-  (i) M.Sc. in Life Sciences (Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology) or Food Science & Technology from a recognized University / Institute OR B.E. / B. Tech. / M.E. / M. Tech. (Biotechnology / any other biological subject / Food Science & Technology) from a recognized University/Institute and (ii) NET / GATE / any other relevant equivalent nature of test qualified.

For Research Associate :- Ph.D. in Life Sciences (Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology) or Food Science & Technology from a recognized University/Institute with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.

Fellowship :  Rs. 31,000/- per month + (16% HRA as admissible or Hostel facility, if available) for JRF Rs. 47,000/- per month + (16% HRA as admissible or Hostel facility, if available) for RA

Age Limit :  28 Years for Junior Research Fellow 35 Years for Research Associate
