The role is with CRO/RDM/Market Risk Scenarios team that includes:

Sourcing of Scenarios data and perform Scenarios Risk Feed Loading/monitoring activities including errors / exceptions management, adjustments, validations etc.
Perform Data Quality Management and work closely with Front Office and Risk IT teams, Reporting teams across various Asset classes to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily deliverables.
Propose, calibrate & implement business cluster / regulatory specific scenarios in liaison with individual clusters / global scenarios team.
Analyze & comment on scenario risk moves for respective business clusters explaining underlying risk dynamics & drivers under market scenario conditions.
Deliver detailed scenario risk reports & analysis to Trading desks / Business clusters / Regulators / Higher management.
Interact with scenario counterparts who are primarily the business clusters/desk to provide in-depth analysis on the market risk scenario dynamics.
Maintain and ensure all Business processes and associated controls across all Scenario runs are detailed, kept up to date, are consistent and accurate.
Capture all scenario run related issues and work with relevant teams to understand root cause and drive remediation.
Generate and monitor various data quality metrics around volume processed, adjustments performed, errors corrected etc. with the intention to improve the overall business process and controls.
Understand front-to-back data flows and system architecture & participate in the roll out of improvements in risk systems, processes and data feeds as well as contribute to various tactical and strategic projects.

Graduate or Post-Graduate in Finance/ Statistics/ Engineering / Computers / Commerce.
3+ years of experience in Banking/ Financial services industry.
Previous experience in data management & analysis or project delivery role within risk and /or finance with an understanding of end to end data flows from source systems to the reporting tools.
Proficiency of derivative products (preferably of Equities and/or Rates asset class) and their market risk dynamics.
Understanding of end-to-end market risk scenarios process framework and workflow for Rates as well as other asset classes such as FX, Equity, Commodity, Credit and EMG businesses.
Advanced Excel/MS Office skills are a prerequisite. VBA skills would be preferred.
Self-motivation, disciplined, task focused, the ability to structure and present work and a proven record of delivering high quality results to strict deadlines.
Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as with local and offshore teams.
Outstanding interpersonal and partner management skills.
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
