Designation: Junior Account Executive

Job Description: Tally 9 ERP Data Entry Operator 

Your main responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently input data into the Tally 9 ERP system. This will involve processing and entering financial transactions, receipts and payments, and other relevant data into the system. Your job duties may include: 

1. Entering financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and receipts into Tally 9 ERP system. 

2. Maintaining and updating accounting records and reconciling accounts as necessary. 

3. Ensuring accuracy of all data entered into the system. 

4. Generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and anomalies. 

5. Responding to inquiries and resolving any discrepancies that arise. 

6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth functioning of financial operations. 

7. Maintaining confidentiality and data security at all times. 

8. Keeping up to date with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards. 

Requirements for Graduate: 

1. Master’s/Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 

2. Proficiency in Tally 9 ERP software. 

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

Requirements for Experienced: 

1. Prior experience working as an junior accountant or Tally 9 ERP Data Entry Operator. 

2. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices. 

3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. 

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

5. Poblem-solving and analytical skills.
