Job Description:

Prepare Salary statements and TTUM file.
Entry of Sales, Purchase, Journal entries
Verify and prepare expense related entries
Prepare GST Data
Prepare Bank Reconciliation
Manage Pettycash
Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheets.

Essential requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Knowledge of Tally ERP 9
knowledge of accounting principles and practices

knowledge of finance principles

knowledge of financial reporting

Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation

technical accounting skills

previous experience of general accounting

proficiency in relevant accounting software

GPI is GETCO A Class Contractor government approved licensed contractor engaged in execution of projects of EHV class switch yards of various voltage grade and capacity on turnkey basis to private and public ( Government) utilities as well as ( And ) also provides services of procurement of material, erection, testing and commissioning of substations & Feeder bays for (Government) public utilities like GETCO S/S.GPI provides services of Liaison work with Government departments, utilities & other concern offices like office of the Chief Electrical inspector including technical approvals by providing necessary inputs/ analysis of system and system designing.
