Job Description

  • We are hiring a Female Candidate for ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE candidate in our leading Designing company in Chennai.
  • Qualification: MBA/M.COM/B.COM
  • Experience: 06 MONTHS - 1 Yrs
  • Salary: 10 K - 12 K
  • Preference: Only Female Candidate

  • Work Location: Chennai (NERKUNDRAM/VANAGARAM/KOYEMBEDU)
Job Description:
  • Maintaining Books of Day to Day Accounting & Voucher verification, Cash Book, Bank Book, Sales Register, Purchase Register and Journal Register
  • Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet & Group Balance sheet, Income & Expenditure Account, Receipt & Payment Account, and other ledger account of Companies.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • The projects progress should be under constant scrutiny and supervision. 
  • Keeping the client in the loop at all phases of the campaign. Handling invoices and tax receipts 
  • Making sure deadlines are met.
  • Managing and recording all monitory transactions
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles CA Inter.
  • Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Majorly responsible for Branch tax related work, visit to GST office as a when required.
  • Knowledge and experience of GST, Sales Tax , TDS, VAT, Service Tax, ,Accounts Payable & Receivable process 
  • Preparing Complete Monthly & Annual VAT /GST return 
  • To coordinate with head office for Branch MIS and matters related to accounts
  • To collect certificates of TDS and pass necessary entries in the ledgers.
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Provide support in audits.
  • Experience in MS Navision - ERP system (Preferred)
  • Experience in advance excel in Pivot table, Vlookup, Hlookup
