· Job Summary: A junior accountant plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations of an organization. They assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports.
· Key Responsibilities:
· Data Entry of Sales bill, Purchase bill, Delivery Challan, Cash Entry, Cheque Entry, Modification of Invoices,
· Data Entry and Record Keeping:
o Input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
o Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documents.
· Accounts Payable and Receivable:
o Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
o Help monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
· Bank Reconciliation:
o Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
· Financial Reporting:
o Assist in preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income
o statements, and cash flow statements.
o Generate and distribute financial reports to management as required.
· Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required.
· Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally or accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Zoho).
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
