1. Working on fundamental accounting principles and procedures to perform.
2. Will work on Quick Books online version (will be given training) Tally and excel
3. Bills and expenses receipts & follow up with Ireland and Netherland NRG vendors
4. Preparing statement in Excel – must have good knowledge if not get trained as part of job
5. Labels printing & Invoice and reports generation
6. Coordinating with Vendors and service providers for any service matters
7. Online file storage and maintenance
8. Day to day files to update / excels and registers
9. Working on Payroll administration
10. Assisting to your manager/supervisor in all the administration and export works of organization
11. Creating/ posting/Reconciling /modifying accounts entries as required
12. Banks statement verification and statements, mapping payment and posting in Tally /QB
13. Monthly returns filing to local bodies, i.e. Tea board/coffee board/ spice board/ APEDA / FSSAI and any other mandatory returns. (Training will be given in due course)
14. Working on our companies’ inventory software
15. Involve in Stock Receiving and verification
NRG Foods Pvt Ltd is Merchant trading and exports company located at Pragathi Nagar, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad. Having its associated companies in Ireland and Netherlands (Europe). We are exporting Food products from India to Europe.
We are looking for Junior accountant who has got good knowledge in fundamentals of accounting and bookkeeping. Good Accounts academic background with 2+ Years’ experience is preferable.
A successful candidate will be in a position to assist Accounts Manager with his ability maintain all Book keeping, Reporting and will support in all day to day operation of administration.
