Job Position - Junior Accountant (Male / Female)

Location - Kolhapur

The Candidate should have an experience of 6 months, having worked on such a post. The selected person will have to co-ordinate and perform financial functions related to the collection, accuracy, recording, analysis and presentation of a business, organization or company's financial operations.

Responsibilities and Duties
The Following are daily duties for this post

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Qualifications and Skills
Skills :

• Proven experience as a junior accountant
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. TALLY)

Experience:

• Total work: 6 months to 1 years (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (BCom)
• Master's (MCom) (Optional)
