We are looking for a Junior Accountant to perform daily accounting tasks. Junior Accountant responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Billing and Invoicing
• Payables Management
• Bank Reconciliation
• Debit Note/Credit Note
• Import/Export Documentation
• Customer Correspondence
• Banking Correspondence
• Foreign Remittance and Interest Calculation
• Accounts Finalization
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
