Job Summary
Junior Accounts executive with zero-one year experience in medium size company.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintaining attendance records and employee salary slip preparation
Maintaining advance payment accounts and travel accounts of employees.
Report on project
wise expenditure at end of every month.
Labour advances salaries and sundry expenditure records to be maintained bi-monthly.
Submission of GST, IT, PT, PF etc maintenance of
records
Vendor Analysis and Vendor payments
Bank statement reconciliation
Preparation of documents for Bank Guarantee and EMD
Any other ancillary account management works
Communication with vendors and Clients over matters of payments and taxation.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum graduation in any field with ability to conduct basic accounting duties.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi/ Marathi/ English.
Ability to handle emails and pertaining communication independently with minimum guidance.
Basic computer skills. Tally knowledge is must.
