Mission for Accounts Executive

To take care of every Rupees spent and received through proper recording of entries in Tally EPR with cost control and budgeting.

Job Description

• To complete voucher entries in tally of Sale, Purchase, expenses and income transactions…
• Timely Filing of VAT ,CST, TDS entries
• Weekly reconciliation of Bank Statements
• Proper maintenance of records for VAT/CST, TDS returns
• Prepare Sales Invoices…
• Should have importance for value of organization’s funds

KRA :

• Keep all records up to date on daily basis.
• 100% accuracy in posting entries.
• Timely payment of Taxes resulting in no interest and penalties on Tax payments.
• Achieve Zero defect billing.
• Timely receipt and issue of correct C Forms and other forms.

Competencies – Should be punctual, honest, efficient, work ethic, persistent, attention to details

Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Basic and Advance Accounting knowledge and rules of accounting.
• GST rules and regulations
• Service Tax rules and regulations
• Understanding of measurements
• Working with computer and software like MS office Windows Internet Explorer/Google Chrome, sending and receiving mails.
• Good written communication skills.
• Tally Accounts with Inventory
