Junior Accounts Officer/Assistant/Private Secretary / Personal Assistant job Position in Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University
1. Junior Accounts Officer/ 03 (UR)
Essential:
i) Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Qualified SAS or equivalent examination
iii) Knowledge of Computer applications viz. word processing, Spread Sheet and computer–based
accounting software.
iv) Five years' relevant experience in Accounts/ Cash/ Budget works in Central/ State
Governments/ University/ Research Institution or Autonomous organization.
Age: Preferably below 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
2. Assistant/ 03 (UR),01 (OBC)
Essential:
i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University /Institute.
ii) Two years' experience in Administration/ Finance & Accounts in Central/ State Governments
University/ Research Institution or Autonomous organization.
iii) Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Age: Preferably below 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
3. Upper Division Clerk /05 (UR),01 (OBC)
Essential:
i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University /Institute.
ii) Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Age: Preferably below 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
4. Private Secretary / 01 (UR)
Essential:
i) Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Proficiency in Stenography in English/ Hindi with minimum speed of 100 w.p.m.
iii) Proficiency in Typing in English/ Hindi with minimum speed of 35/ 30 w.p.m.
iv) Knowledge of computer applications.
v) Five years' experience as Personal Assistant in Central/ State Governments, University/
Research Institution or Autonomous organization in PB-2 grade with GP 4600/4800.
Age: Preferably below 40 years as on 01.01.2019.
5. Personal Assistant/ 01(SC)
Essential:
i) Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Proficiency in Stenography in English/ Hindi with minimum speed of 100 w.p.m.
iii) Proficiency in Typing in English/ Hindi with minimum speed of 35/ 30 w.p.m.
iv) Knowledge of computer applications.
v) One year' experience as Stenographer in Central/ State Governments, University/ Research
Institution or Autonomous organization.
Age: Preferably below 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
6. Library Assistant /03 (UR)
Essential:
i) Bachelor’s degree in Library & Information Science/ Bachelor's degree in Library Science or
equivalent.
ii) A typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
iii) Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Age: Preferably below 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
7. Electrician/ 01 (UR)
Essential: I.T.I certificate in relevant trade or its equivalent with at least 50% marks or its equivalent
grade from a recognized Institution.
Age: Preferably below 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
8. Compounder Dresser / 01 (UR)
Essential:
i) Diploma in Pharmacy/Nursing with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade,
ii) One year experience in hospital work or handling of dressing wounds.
Desirable: Graduate degree in Pharmacy/Nursing from a recognized University.
Age: Preferably below 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
9. Laboratory Technician/ 02 (UR)
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Science or other relevant field from a recognized University;
Desirable: Experience in Science Laboratories of Academic/ Research institution.
Age: Preferably below 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
10. Livestock/Farm Assistant/03 (UR)
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Science or other relevant field from a recognized University;
Desirable:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or allied science
ii. Relevant experience in Science Laboratories/ Farm of Academic/ Research
institution/Universities.
Age: Preferably below 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
11. Field Cum Lab Assistant/ 06 (UR),02(OBC),02(SC)
Essential: 10+2 or its equivalent examination preferably with Science or Agriculture from a recognized
Board/ Two years Diploma in Agriculture after matriculation;
Desirable: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Science/Agriculture. Relevant experience in Scientific
Laboratories/Farm of Academic/ Research institution/ Universities.
Age: Preferably below 35 years as on 01.01.2019
