Job Description

Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Junior Advocate at Mumbai. The Junior Advocate will be responsible for providing legal support and expertise to clients, conducting research, managing cases, drafting agreements and contracts, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Qualifications and Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law from a recognized university or college

• Excellent Procedural knowledge of Proceedings.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong time management and project management skills, ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Experience in drafting is a plus

• Experience in litigation is a plus

• Fluency in English and Hindi
