We have vacancy for Junior Advocate / Lawyer (only experienced). Candidates who have interest in learning skills of advocacy e.g. drafting, cases representation, follow up, conveyance practice, etc.
Candidates will be getting exposure to civil, criminal and revenue cases. 
Note: Vacancy for male candidate only.
Candidate whether Fresher or experienced, they will be paid stipend accordingly.

Responsibilities
Legal Research: Junior Advocate / Lawyer often spend a significant amount of time conducting legal research. This may involve reviewing case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedent to provide support for cases or legal opinions.
Drafting Documents: Junior Advocate / Lawyer is responsible for drafting legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and legal memorandum. These documents may be used in court, during negotiations, or for legal transactions.
Client Interaction: Junior Advocate / Lawyer may have direct contact with clients, gathering information about their cases, providing updates, and answering their legal questions. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this aspect of the role.
Assisting Senior Attorneys: Junior Advocate / Lawyer work closely with senior attorneys, partners, or associates to support them in various tasks. This may include conducting research, preparing legal documents, and assisting in case strategy development.
Court Appearances: In some cases, Junior Advocate / Lawyer may make court appearances, representing clients in hearings, arbitration, or other legal proceedings. This typically happens under the supervision of a more experienced attorney.
Case Management: Junior Advocate / Lawyer help manage the logistics of cases, including organizing documents, scheduling meetings and deadlines, and ensuring that cases progress smoothly.
