Title: Junior Architect

Location: Koramangala

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team at CBE Design Studio. As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and designers to contribute to various stages of architectural projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of architectural designs, including conceptual sketches, 3D models, and renderings.
Collaborate with senior architects and designers to translate client requirements into innovative and functional design solutions.
Prepare and revise drawings, plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to ensure compliance and feasibility of designs.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project presentations to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
Support project coordination efforts by liaising with consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Lumion, Vray and other relevant design software.
Strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
