AXS Architects jobs - Junior Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

·        To take initial briefing from the clients - to identify clients’ needs and prepare a report on requirements for the project.

·        To develop concepts/schematic presentation that can be relevant for the planning area.

·        To prepare architectural drawings that include – designing & planning – To create 2d drawings and 3d modelling.

·        To assist senior architect in handling the project – produce revisions/ changes in drawings required.

·        Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.

·        Implement, explore, and design with new innovative solutions in architectural practices.

·        To develop working drawings – furniture layouts, joinery details, tile layout, electrical layouts etc. for the construction projects

·        To attend client meetings with chief architect and create MOM.

·        To visit required markets and explore materials that would develop ideas for the project.

·        Documenting the projects status and updating the same.

·        To visit site as and when necessary – to learn and enquire on the construction details.
