Responsibilities and Duties
STUDIO:
Developing design concepts under Senior Architect/Principal Architect’s guidelines.
Preparation of CAD Drawings as required for various project stages (Presentation drawings, Approval drawings, Working drawings etc.) under supervision of Principal Architect / Senior Architect/Senior Technician.
Preparation of Presentation material, 3d visualizations, slide presentations, physical study models e.t.c. using required software for various project stages.
SITE SUPPORT:
Visiting construction site with the site engineer or independently at various project stages as required to carry out supervision of construction work in adherence with architectural drawings.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Good knowledge of CAD and other relevant software. Sufficient understanding of Local development control rules and regulations. Good understanding of Architectural concepts & detailing. Good communication skills.
