• Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction in chats & in emails

• Manage large amounts of incoming & outgoing calls

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Handling International Calls (Mainly US and UK).

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Prior experience with MS Office Suite.
