We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to act as the liaison between our Marketing
and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing
relationships with potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing
campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong
relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper
after-sales service
Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying the opportunities available on various channels identified and sending the cover letters
• Lead generation through portals like Hubspot, Upwork, and Guru
• Requirement gathering, understanding, identifying the gaps, and creating requirement documents.
• Analysis of the business requirements and creating estimations with the Pre-Sales team.
• Creating and sending business proposal documents
• Understanding the organization's (Zehntech) business & technical offerings and managing corporate
presentations
• Coordination between client and the delivery team
• Managing the prospect and customer data in the CRM
• Achieving individual KPIs
• Status reporting to the customer and other stack holders
• Learning about various domains and technology trends
• Basic Understanding of popular CMS (Wordpress, Magento, Shopify)
• Basic Understanding of open-source technologies (PHP & frameworks, Javascript & Frameworks,
Python & Frameworks)
• Knowledge of Software development lifecycle (Preferably Agile Framework)
• Managing the commercial aspect of the project like providing the data to the financial team for
invoice creation, following up with the customers for Invoice payments
• Negotiation and convincing skills
• Motivate self and others

Qualification: MBA or other equivalent degree.
