Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Step into a transformative space where your expertise in social discovery apps, particularly in fostering one-on-one interactions within the BHARAT community, will redefine how people connect. Your primary mission will be to cultivate a culture of respect, safety, and security, setting new standards through thorough auditing and proactive measures.

Key Responsibilities:

(i)  Be the guardian of integrity, maintaining a vigilant watch for any fraudulent behavior to uphold the highest standards of trust and authenticity on our platform.

(ii) Champion the enforcement of policies by taking swift and decisive actions against users who violate them, thereby upholding the integrity of our community standards and fostering a safe and respectful environment for all.

(iii) Be the visionary behind our AI model, meticulously tagging and categorizing audio content to enhance its intuition and understanding.

(iv) Strive to become the community leader by staying ahead of emerging trends and issues, allowing us to proactively address potential safety concerns and create a secure and welcoming environment for all members.

(v) Lead the charge in conducting regular reviews and assessments of community safety measures, driving continuous improvement and innovation to ensure the highest standards of safety and well-being for all members.

Qualifications:

(i) Fluency in English and one of the Indic languages.

(ii) Detail-oriented approach to identify and report online fraudulent behavior on the platform.

(iii) Strong communication & reporting skills.

(iv) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities.
