PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintaining login inventories of project.
· Sending new login to clients and follow-up.
· Resetting passwords and working on getting access requests.
· Deactivating user logins whenever user is moved out of Omega or a different process.
· Ensure smooth operation of Project on day-to-day basis.
· Assigned the tasks of screening, diagnosing and referring external and internal inquiries and work related requests.
· Accept requests for assistance or problem reports from operation teams.
· Obtain necessary information from users to adequately describe it on problem chart.
· Require to work on tickets and accordingly update the resolution.
· All emails related to operations should be addressed and replied on the same day immediately.
· Maintain floor discipline and PHI needs to be secured.
SKILLSETS:
· Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
· Employees should have a good command of English and email etiquette.
· Need to have knowledge of MS-Excel.
· Should be willing to work in rotational / nights shifts & weekends (Saturday & Sunday) based on requirement and process necessities.
