Junior Executive – Admissions
Job Description:
The person will assist in the operations related to admissions and co-aligned matter of academic administration of Admissions Office at IIM Nagpur.
Duties and responsibilities of the appointed person will include but are not limited to following;
Coordinate in preparing the admission policies and processing the documents for domestic and overseas admissions.
Overseas advertising through digital and print media.
Coordination and handling of the domestic admission process including arrangement of the logistics arrangements for PI and WAT process.
Conducting documents verification during the process.
Sending the provisional offer letters and tracking of payments.
Coordinate and conduct and registration process, verifying the declarations, annexures and returning the original documents.
Qualification: He/ She will be a Graduate in in any discipline with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university / Institute or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. Proficiency in computer operations like Excel, Data Management MS windows & MS Office is must.
Skills:Excellent use of MS-Office tools such as MS – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
The candidate may be tested on the Computer skills as required for the position during the interview process.
The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities.
Experience:
Post – qualification experience of 0- 3 years in Academic Administration/Admission activities especially in an institute of national repute like IIMs or IITs will be a distinct advantage.
Age: Min. 23 years – Max. 28 years
Reporting to: The selected person will report to the Chairperson Admissions.
Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment for a period of one year on third party contract / IIM Nagpur contract on a consolidated monthly Salary on CTC mode. The contract may be extended further based on the performance and institute’s requirements.
