About the Role: As an Executive Assistant, you will perform all the following roles:
● Make travel arrangements like flight booking, web check-in, book an Uber etc.
● Purchase office supplies like mouse, earphone etc. online
● Order lunch/dinner + drinks during events and parties
● Update the reimbursement sheet and collate all expenses
● Schedule important calls or meetings for the Senior team members
● Reach out to the customer care team for things are scheduling a refund, filing credit card claims, updating address with the bank
● Decide and buy gifts on special occasions or events using Amazon or other online vendors
● Book accommodation during a scheduled travel and also follow up with the the same
● Print important documents and support in other ad hoc administrative tasks
● Tally invoices for our Account team and provide support to other team members
● Help in onboarding new employees to the company across two offices
● Work on the internal ATS and DBMS and update records, delete empty records etc.
● Support the Talent Acquisition team with ad-hoc projects based on the time availability
Qualifications:
● Should have good verbal and written communication skills
● Familiar with applications like Amazon, Uber, and certain travel booking websites
● Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Calendar, Email etc.
● Adapt quickly to new technologies and software
