Job Description

Responsibilities:
● Provide high-level confidential administrative support to the CXO’s and the Senior Leadership team as required. 
● Arrange and coordinate meetings/events (Board retreats, management dinners, etc.) 
● Screen emails, archive and professionally compose replies/correspondence on behalf of the CXO when required. 
● Prepare reports, presentations when required. 
● Prepare the monthly expense summary - personal and business-related expenses. 
● Perform office management, operations, and facilities duties . 
● Prepare travel-related expense reports for other members of senior management. 
● Manage all  memberships and subscriptions and their renewals/payments.
● Act as a team player ensuring that priority activities and responsibilities are carried out, including backstop support as necessary in the absence of other office staff and/or providing assistance in comparable positions within the immediate Office of the Administrator.
