Junior Executive

Qualification : 1st Class Graduate in Commerce/ Economics/ Business Management / Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications

Desirable: Diploma in Banking & Finance of IIBF. Post Graduate qualification in Commerce/Economics, MBA/CA/CMA/CS/CFA.

Remuneration : Emoluments of Junior Executive are presently in the scale of Rs. 17100-1900/20-55100. They will also be eligible for DA, HRA as per rules in force from time to time. At present total initial package including salary and other perquisites will be approximately Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum on cost to company basis.

Age Limit : Not exceeding 28 years as of 01.01.2020

Assistant Director (Accounts)

No. of Post : 01

Qualification : Chartered Accountant.

Desirable: CMA / CS

Experience : Minimum 3 years Post Qualification Experience in similar profile.

Remuneration: Emoluments of Assistant Director cadre are presently in the scale of Rs. 38000-2300/14-70200. They will also be eligible for DA, HRA as per rules in force from time to time. At present total initial package including salary and other perquisites will be approximately Rs. 11 Lakhs per annum on cost to company basis.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as of 01.01.2020

Assistant Director (IT)

No. of Post : 01

Qualification : B. Tech./ B.E. (IT or Computer Science) / M.C.A with 60% and above.

Desirable: Industry Certifications in LINUX, Networking, Database, Security etc.

Experience: Minimum 5 years Post Qualification Experience in UNIX / Linux / Windows / RDBMS / Networking / TCP / IP / SNMP / Active Directory / Web environment / Application Development in JAVA . Experience in Implementing / Managing User Application System shall be added advantage.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as of 01.01.2020

Director (Training)

No. of Post : 01

Qualification : Post Graduate with CAIIB

Desirable: MBA or equivalent / Ph.D in Banking and Finance related area

Experience :

Essential:- Should have worked as AGM and above cadre in Banks / Financial Institutions for at least 3 years with proven contributions in academic activities covering variety of subjects in Banking and Finance.

Desirable:-Worked as Principal / core academic faculty for at least 2 years in Banks / Financial Institutions/ Academic Institutions.

Remuneration : Rs. 1,30,000/- per month with an increase of Rs. 8,000/- per annum. (All inclusive, TDS as applicable). 15 days leave in a year. (Not encashable nor can be carried forward).

Age Limit: Not less than 55 years and not more than 61 years as on 01.01.2020.

Selection Procedure : The candidates will be selected through a selection process consisting of Online Examination which will be held on 8th March 2020 at Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai and New Delhi followed by Personal Interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for online examination as well as Personal interview. Satisfactory medical fitness as per Institute’s specification will be a pre-requisite.
