We are looking for freshers with good communication & Convincing skills to work for night shift.
Work location: Hitech city, Hyderabad
Exp: Freshers
Shift timings: 6pm to 3AM

Responsibilities:
Cold calling, and price negotiation, and need to have good effects and closing skills.
Identify and build relationships with potential clients who are looking to hire resources on Contract.
Actively market and promote available bench resources to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
Collaborate with the client recruitment team to understand client needs, requirements, and timelines for staffing.
Negotiate competitive rates and contractual terms with clients, ensuring win-win situations for both the client and company.
Identify and build relationships with potential external and internal consultants (resources) who are on the bench or looking for new opportunities.
Maintain a robust pipeline of potential external and internal candidates, proactively keeping in touch with consultants to understand their availability and career aspirations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including account managers and recruiters, to ensure smooth handoffs and effective communication regarding bench resources.
Good understanding of Domestic staffing business, Bench sales, and recruitment process.
