We are looking for an analytical and solution-oriented Junior Expansion Specialist to join our team. You'll get the chance to experience what it's like to build an entire market from A to Z - you'll be responsible for marketing, legal and recruitment alongside the day-to-day running of the business. If you aspire to one day run your own business or manage a large department, Adam is the place for you.

We are a medium-sized team, led by two experienced founders. Our founders previously built a team of over 100 people at another European tech giant. We are more than willing to share our experience with you! In return, we expect an energetic demeanour, hard work and a willingness to continuously learn.

Your work includes:
You help to build the team in Hyderabad. You support all of Adam's business processes. You help us to react quickly to market trends - we need to move with the trends and be able to process an ever-growing number of orders quickly. Development and implementation of new expansion strategies within Australia and Canada. Communication with customers and partners. Continuous improvement of the product according to Adam's value proposition.

Who we are looking for:
Excellent written and spoken English (Full Professional Proficiency). Other languages are an advantage but not a must. Excellent communication skills. A data-driven analytical mindset. A hustler who doesn't stop giving it their all after 20 obstacles a day. Degree and no more than 2 years of work experience (relevant experience is a plus but not a must). Why you'll love it here:

Attractive compensation of 800 000 INR/Year.
