Rayden Design Studio jobs - Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Designer will be responsible for creating engaging designs according to existing requirements. The Junior Designer will work under the supervision of the Associate Creative Director to produce high-quality work. The ideal candidate will be highly creative and eager to get hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced team. This person should have a proven track record of producing accurate work under quick deadlines. The Junior Designer will work with our US-based creative and strategic teams and is expected to be available for scheduled and ad hoc calls through 12 noon EST. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop a cohesive suite of visual assets for various marketing campaigns, including email headers, ads, inline assets, and more
• Assist with the clean-up and design of PowerPoint presentations for sales, product marketing, and other teams at Phreesia
• Apply consistent brand standards and design principles across existing and new Unbounce landing pages
• Assist the creative team with various ad hoc requests, including icon creation and stock image sourcing
• Create images for social media campaigns, using knowledge of best practices for each platform
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our brand standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field, or equivalent experience
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Some HTML experience is preferred
• Experience designing for Marketo is a plus
• Can bring a creative and fresh approach to design based on existing brand standards
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
• A keen eye for details and a passion for design
