Junior Manager (Grade-III) - Level (7th CPC) :  6 - Initial Basic Pay : Rs.35,400/- , Initial 7th CPC CTC : Rs.71,000/-

Junior Manager (Grade-II) - Level (7th CPC) :  5 - Initial Basic Pay : Rs.29,200/- , Initial 7th CPC CTC : Rs.61,000/-

Junior Manager (Grade-I) - Level (7th CPC) :  4 - Initial Basic Pay : Rs.25,500/- , Initial 7th CPC CTC : Rs.56,000/-

Age Limit :  The maximum age limit for Junior Manager is 30 years.
