Job Description

ADVT. NO.: 45/2021

Institute invites online applications from Indian nationals for the following positions:

1. Post Name: Junior Office Assistant (Multi-Skill)

2. Number of Posts & Reservation: One (1),Un-reserved

3. Scale of Pay: Level 4 (Entry Pay Rs. 25,500/-) as per the 7th Pay

4. Essential Qualification: Bachelor degree in any discipline or 12th Standard pass from a recognized Board / University.

5. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Government Organizations / Government Educational Institutes / Government Autonomous Bodies / Institutions of National Importance / University etc. in the GP Rs. 2000 / Level 3 or equivalent post in the area of Administration / Purchase & Stores / Academics / Accounts

6. Job Requirements: Support day-to-day office work and communications in various departments.

7. Desirable: Proficiency in computer skills, Good Communication and drafting skills. Knowledge of Government Procedures, Rules etc.
