Key Role:
1.Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
2.Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
3.Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
4.Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed

Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Good Computer Skills
• Bilingual communication skills (English and Tamil)
• Leadership quality
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.

Prefered Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Prior Experience as Operations Manager
