Junior Operator ‘B’ -Fitting / Plumbing

No. of Post  :  01

Qualification  : SSLC + ITI in Plumbing / Fitter discipline from recognized institute with good academic record. Candidates should have minimum 60% marks, relaxed to 50% marks for SC / ST candidates.

Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field.

Pay Scale :  Rs.8,330 – 22,000/- Approx. CTC Rs.3.67 lakhs p/a

Junior Operator ‘B’ - Electrical

No. of Post  :  01

Operator ‘A’ – Maintenance

Experience : Should have minimum 3 years experience in maintenance of Civil and Electrical works.

Pay Scale :  Rs.9,140 – 23,150/- Approx. CTC Rs. 4.11 lakhs p/a

Age Limit :   30 years (As On 01.10.2019)

Professional qualification shall be from a recognized University / Institution. Additional degree in Law will be an added advantage.

Experience :  Should have minimum 19 years experience for Joint General Manager (HR) and 16 years experience for Deputy General Manager (HR) of which 7 / 5 years of experience should be at Middle Management Level. Experience in medium and large scale industries/ PSUs in the areas of HR is preferred.

Pay Scale :  Rs.43,200 – 66,000/- / Rs.32,900 – 58,000/- Approx. CTC: Rs. 19.34 Lakhs p/a / Rs. 14.81 Lakhs p/a
