Main Responsibilities

1.Provide prompt, comprehensive, accurate and helpful information and advice the FedUni’s partner’s admissions team to process international applications smoothly.

2.Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of data in FedUni’s student Administration systems in accordance with relevant requirements and polices.

3.Assess qualifications from India and Nepal, evaluating applications to determine validity and equivalence.

4.Apply FedUni admissions assessment rules and entry requirements and follow the work procedures strictly when processing partner’s applications in Study link system.

5. Issue offer letters or rejection letters for partners as appropriate.

6.Conduct GTE and financial assessments to ensure prospective students are genuine students for the University and able to meet immigration department’sstudent visa requirements

.7.Process general admission requests from offshore International applicants withregard to change preference, application deferral, withdrawal or refund forpartners.

8.Ensure application assessment turn-around time to meet the businessrequirements and the application assessment notes are recorded in Studylinksystem clear and accurately.9. Issue GTE assessment outcome letters for prospective international students.
Additional Responsibilities

1.Conduct support for FedUni’s admissions team in a professional manner, observingconfidentiality in relation to the University data, market intelligence, and otherknowledge and information about the University.2. If required by the client, participate in training virtually from India.3.Any other duties as directed, commensurate with the scope and classification of the position.
