Position : Junior Research Analyst / Research Analyst (full-time equivalent)

Responsibilities : Under the guidance, the role will focus on :

• Conducting web-based secondary research on digital platforms, such as websites and mobile apps for organizations in consumer industry.
• Conducting web-based secondary research on identified topics of interest from publicly available resources for relevant datapoints and case-studies.
• Track and analyze key business and technology trends in the consumer industry.
• Creating simple and well-structured data templates for collection of data and information.
• Storyboarding insights from secondary research.
• Coordinating and assisting the team-lead on project management.
• Be an active partner in the process of building high-value industry benchmark and though-leadership reports.

Required Skills:

Mandatory requirement :

• 2 - 5 years of relevant web-based secondary research experience.
• Strong focus on mathematical and analytical skills as well as creative thinking skills.
• Advanced user of MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PPT, MS-Word).
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Team player and interpersonal skills.
• Sense of humour.

Following will be a plus:

• Domain experience of US and European retail and restaurant industry.
• Knowledge of European languages.
