Job Description

Advt. No. : IITBBS/R&D/RP252/Rect/38/2021‐22  Date: 06.12.2021

Applications are invited on prescribed format for the following assignment in a purely time bound research  project undertaken in the School of Electrical Sciences of this Institute. 

1. Post Name: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) — 1 Post

2. Name of the temporary research Project: "High-speed and energy efficient CMOS transceiver design for full-duplex chip-to-chip serial link"

3. Consolidated Emolument: Rs. 31,000/- + 16% HRA per month

4. Qualification:

(a) B.E/ B.Tech degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering with two years of experience, or M. Tech degree in VLSI circuits/ allied discipline

(b) The applicant should be able to demonstrate skills in CMOS based analog circuit design and should have experience in circuit design, post-layout simulation using tools such as Cadence Virtuoso.

5. Period of Engagement: Initially for 6 months with possible extension depending on good performance

6. Duration of the project: 2 years
